1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Horeb World Ventures (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Horeb World Ventures provides but is not limited to:
- Website design & development (WordPress, Wix, Shopify)
- 3D product animation & video editing
- Software development
- Business registration & compliance services
- Digital marketing
- AI integration & automation services
- ICT consulting & training
Scope of work will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements.
- Submit content, materials, and approvals within agreed timelines.
- Make payments according to agreed milestones.
- Ensure they have rights to any content provided.
Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payments & Fees
- A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed.
- Remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or deployment.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Revisions
- Projects include a limited number of revisions (defined in proposal).
- Additional revisions outside scope may attract extra fees.
6. Intellectual Property
- Full ownership of completed work transfers to the client only after full payment.
- Horeb World Ventures retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability
Horeb World Ventures is not liable for:
- Business losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party service failures (hosting, plugins, APIs, payment gateways)
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
