1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
2. Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Work has not started.
- The company is unable to deliver agreed services.
- A written cancellation request is submitted before milestone completion.
4. Partial Refund
If a project is terminated mid-way:
- Client pays for completed work.
- Remaining balance (if any) may be refunded proportionally.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed design work
- Delivered digital assets
- Consultation sessions already conducted
- Business registration filing fees
- Third-party expenses
Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Horeb World Ventures.
